One of the most exciting things about BreyerFest was the way you get the special runs! At first it seems really confusing, but it actually works quite well.
Basically, it is pretty simple... For each BreyerFest ticket you buy you get a Special Run Ticket. That ticket has a time on it. So, when your time comes up, you line up by the Breyer Store area. Someone then draws a number. Whoever has that number on their Special Run Ticket gets to be first in line. Everyone else lines up after them, based on the number on their Special Run Ticket.
The important thing to remember is that your Special Run Ticket allows you to buy ONLY TWO Special Runs!
While we were at BreyerFest, we got the following special runs:
- Cupcake
- Surprise Quarter Horse
- Make a Wish
- Blue Oak Stables

BreyerFest Traffic
Well, one thing is for sure... We sure didn't expect the traffic to be SO BAD getting in to BreyerFest! It took us almost an hour to travel a mile! This is our first BreyerFest, so I'm not sure if this is normal. I will definitely plan on getting there earlier next year!
When we finally got up to the front gate, the line was terrible. It seems the credit card machines were not working. Fortunately, we already had our tickets!
